Tidy and unique room with exceptionally comfortable bed and coffee and tea making equipment, and a seating area. Location near to coffee shops and a private beach area and the restaurants and bars along a pretty path overlooking the ocean. Top-notch service overall and parking on-site.

I was thrilled to discover the beautiful Shaws Cove and the serene Crescent Bay Point Park just a short stroll away. The atmosphere and design of the hotel really enhanced my experience, especially with the comfortable bed and delicious morning coffee delivered to my room.

What a lovely spot for a romantic getaway! The gardens were lush, and we enjoyed our beach time with access to Adventure Outpost that had bicycles, bodyboards, and beach games. The breakfast was amazing, and we loved relaxing by the pool area.

My wife says that the loud street noise from our room was a bit much. It would be great if families with kids had more suitable room options.

The decor exuded warmth. The lush garden views from the Juliette balcony were good.

More accessible seating areas would be appreciated.

Friendly bartender and great breakfast, but beach access was a bit limited.

The King Room I stayed in fell short. It had limited space and required navigating stairs with my luggage, which wasn't ideal. The lighting in the room left much to be desired, and the fan only had one speed, super-fast-talk about annoying. The two small windows faced an alley and a busy highway, contributing to noise that disrupted the serenity I expected. The bathroom, while having a massive sink, lacked counter space for personal items. Be prepared for a hefty 22% gratuity auto-added to your breakfast bill. Just a heads-up to manage expectations.

The staff, especially Veronique, were a delight! Free parking was a treat too-like finding a forgotten cupcake.

But where's the TV? I reminded me of I was in a cozy cabin, but without any Netflix comfort.

Noise disturbances from nearby rooms can be quite disruptive at night!!! Improving soundproofing in common areas would enhance guest comfort significantly!!!

I adored the California chic decor throughout Hotel Joaquin. The cozy common areas were beautifully designed. I especially appreciated the accessibility, with gentle pathways and friendly service catering to all guests.

The King Room, Auric was beautifully decorated with a fantastic view. I loved the private patio with a cozy way to enjoy the gloomy weather.

The heated pool was a perfect relaxing spot. Loved the cozy common area with a great vibe.

The room was tidy and unique, especially the bed was exceptionally comfortable. It had coffee and tea making equipment, and a seating area. The location was marvellous and stunning, to downtown Laguna and the interior design was stunning. No complaints whatsoever, liked this place and couldn't recommend more.
